"Chashaku" (tea scoop) is one of the tools of the tea ceremony. This is a tool to scoop Matcha, it is a spoon made of bamboo. Tea master are supposed to make this tea scoop by myself from long ago. Choose bamboo, bend bamboo, and shave with a small knife. I instructed junior high school students and high school students about how to make the tea scoop and the history of it.
